The Black Horse Tavern, Mendham, NJ

…and they’re off!

Join us for our 5th annual and most exciting fundraiser of the year! Find your biggest, most exquisite hat or dashingly-dapper bowtie and join us for an exclusive evening. Place your bets and have fun watching live coverage of “The most exciting two minutes in sports!”

While you anticipate the live race, mingle, sip wine, enjoy music, raffle baskets, silent auctions, and modern American cuisine in the beautiful historic equestrian-themed atmosphere of The Black Horse Tavern.

A Day at the Derby is our biggest fundraiser of the year. For 2020, the Juniors have chosen the admirable charity, Homeless Solutions, Inc, to receive a substantial donation from the proceeds of the event.  Since 1983, Homeless Solutions has been offering shelter, services, and supportive housing to the homeless and working poor in Morris County, New Jersey.  The Homeless Solutions philosophy is “A Hand Up, Not A Handout.”

Proceeds will also allow Juniors to continue serving our community through the many programs we host each year such as our Senior Outreach luncheon, women’s entrepreneurial “Spring into Success” event, Scholarship awards for high school and middle school students, Halloween poster contest for elementary students, Thanksgiving food drive, luminary sales to help families in need, and Spelling Bee for 4th and 5th graders.

With your support of our fundraiser, you help Juniors continue our mission to sponsor charitable, educational and civic activities within our community.

We hope to see you at our annual “Day at the Derby” event! If you are unable to attend this year but are inspired to contribute, please consider making a donation to help us in serving our community. Even the smallest donation goes a long way.

Thank you for your support!
