MEET OUR AWESOME MEMBERS

Megan McCarthy

I joined Juniors to connect with other local moms who shared an interest in community service. I was grateful to find WMJWC because it enabled me to give back to our community and form lasting friendships. It is always easier to accomplish anything with the help of others, but it is even better when you enjoy the company and have deep respect for the people on your team. We are a diverse group of women from various backgrounds, professions, interests, and talents come together to help others.

My husband and I moved to Mendham from Philadelphia in June 2012 for a job opportunity. Leaving family and friends was a struggle but we find this area beautiful and the people very welcoming. We had our daughter, Sophia, a month after we moved. I am a stay-at-home mom beginning to explore the area and trying to put down roots and become involved in the community around us. I am looking forward to meeting new friends and contributing to this wonderful community.

I was born and raised in West Orange, NJ and went to college in Manhattan where I met my husband Lee. We enjoyed city life for 7 more years before moving to Mendham in 2010. We have 3 amazing children, ages 7, 5, and 2. I joined Juniors in April 2015 to become more involved in the community, and also to meet some local women. I am currently on the Executive Board working on Communications & Marketing, and co-chair of both the Thanksgiving Food Drive & Halloween Poster Contest.

I’m a Jersey girl that married a Southern gentleman from Kentucky, John. We have two daughters, Bennett (5) and Quinn (3) and an adorable beagle, Amos. We love Mendham for the small community feel and the amazing schools. As a stay at home mom, the WMJWC has been a great way to get involved in the area and meet amazing women. I joined the Club in 2018 and am currently serving on the Executive Board in Membership Relations as well as helping with the Spelling Bee, Fundraising and Senior Outreach.

I joined the WMJWC in 2016 and have loved every minute participating in fun events while helping local people. I grew up in Essex County and moved the Chester in 2014 to have more space for our three dogs and future family. My husband Dave and I now have two beautiful kiddos, Hudson and Molly. For work I’m a Financial Center Manager for Fulton Bank and passionate about what I do. My favorite thing about being a WMJWC member is the fellowship and fundraising! I joined the Executive Board in 2019

I am happy to be raising my family in the burbs with my NJ born husband at my side. As a full-time working mom, WMJWC allows me an opportunity to meet other local moms, to plant roots in the community, and to set an example for my children about the importance of helping others. I am originally from the Caribbean, and lived in Brooklyn for many years until getting married and moving to Manhattan. In 2017, pregnant with my youngest child, we moved our family from the "Big Apple" to Mendham, NJ.

I’m a wife and mother of one daughter and 3 dogs. I’m a California girl who has been on the East coast for almost more than half my life now! We recently moved to Mendham from a suburb of Baltimore to accommodate my husband’s new job. I stay busy with the family and full-time job in the pharma industry but look forward to getting more involved in this wonderful community.
