Congratulations on being selected to represent your school at the annual West Morris Junior Women's Club Spelling Bee!

Parents/Guardians, please fill out the below permission slip to confirm that your child has permission to participate in the Spelling Bee.  The contact information is your own, and you will provide your child's name in the Additional Information section.  If you have more than one child who has been selected for participation, please fill out the form for each child.
